Booking conditions

-The information we need for your reservation are the Name, Telephone, Email , Adress, ID card number (for the invoice) and Nationality,plus a deposit of approximately one night.

-You can pay online with your credit card. Paying online, your reservation is automatically confirmed.

-You can cancel the reservation for free up to a week before the date of checkin (sendind us a Mail or Whatsapp) , in which case 100% of the deposit will be refunded. From a week before the date of checkin, it will not be returned. -The rest of the stay is paid at the property.

-We have a minimum stay of 2 nights in low and mid season and 3 nights in high and peak season

-Please note that upon arrival you will be required to provide the information requested by the police for the registration of travellers.

–Smoking in the apartment may result in expulsion. Damages are the responsibility of the client. Parties are not allowed.
